Return and Refund Policy
At DUVERGEL, we only accept returns if the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order.
For us to evaluate your case, we will request photographic evidence and a clear description of the problem. If the return is approved, we will send you specific instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label for returning the item.
Important: Returns due to customer errors (such as incorrect addresses) or changes of mind are not accepted. Packages returned without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@duvergel.com so we can evaluate and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Coffee or other perishable products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process physical exchanges. If your return is approved, you can place a new, separate order for the product you want.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received (if applicable), you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
