Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping: 3-5 additional business days
  • Estimated total time: 5-8 business days from order confirmation
  • Special regions (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories):
    • Additional time: 7-12 business days

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $5.45 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item
  • FREE shipping: On orders of $50 USD or more

 

Shipping Process

  • Order confirmation: Automatic confirmation email sent
  • Processing: Order preparation within 1-3 business days
  • Shipping: Transfer to carrier with tracking number
  • Delivery: Directly to the address provided

 

Order Processing 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT may be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Tracking

Email Notifications:

You will receive automatic email notifications at the following stages:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment confirmed (includes tracking number)
  • Delivery confirmed

 

Tracking Number

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package in real time.

 

Shipping Addresses

Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Provide a complete and correct address
  • Include apartment, suite, or unit number when applicable
  • Ensure that someone is available to receive the package

 

Incorrect Addresses

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address that results in the package being returned:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment ($5.45 + $1.50 per additional item)
  • You must provide a corrected address before reshipment

 

Unclaimed Shipments

If your package is not claimed at the post office and is returned to our facility:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment
  • The package will be held for 30 days
  • After 30 days, perishable products will be donated to charity

 

Special Products

Coffee and Perishable Products

 

  • Coffee products are shipped freshly roasted to ensure maximum freshness
  • We recommend that someone be available to receive the package on the day of delivery
  • These products are not eligible for return once shipped

 

Custom Orders

  • Customized products may require an additional 1-2 days for processing
  • These items are not eligible for return except for manufacturing defects

 

Force Majeure

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Force majeure events
  • Postal service delays

In these cases, we will notify you by email of any expected delays.

 

Geographic Limitations

Service Areas

We currently only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Military post office boxes (APO/FPO)
  • Package forwarding addresses
  • Areas with specific delivery restrictions

 

Shipping Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Report any issues within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Contact our customer service team at contact@duvergel.com.
  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence, if applicable.

Lost Orders:

  • If tracking shows delivery but the package was not received: the customer must contact the carrier directly.
  • If tracking shows loss in transit: written claim within 30 days.

  3. Our team will evaluate the case
  4. Specific instructions for resolution will be provided
