Our History
  • Filter coffee (Drip coffee)

    • Use medium ground coffee
    • 60g of coffee per liter of water
    • Paper or permanent filter
    • Water between 90–96 °C

  • Espresso

    • Finely ground coffee
    • 18–20 g per double shot
    • Pressure: 9 bars
    • Time: 25–30 s

    Benefit:
    Intense, concentrated flavor with a dense crema. The soul of coffee in a single dose.

  • French Press

    • Coarsely ground coffee
    • Ratio 1:15 (20 g per 300 ml)
    • Infusion time: 4 minutes
    • Press slowly
